What are we doing?

We have both internal and external actions and events, and our external action entails that we sell bags containing a mix of sweet delicacies from Lotus®. Our bags cost € 8,50 each.

The proceeds are donated entirely to SOS Kinderdorpen, an international aid organization that aims to allow children to grow up in a safe environment. This organization is also active in Belgium and has 7 projects underway here; with the majority focusing on shelter and trauma care for unaccompanied minors from Ukraine. How does it work?

I am a client or partner of Pro-Pay

If you want to buy bags as a customer or partner to support our charity, please send an email to info@propay.be with your details, the number of bags you want and the amount of your order. The amount may then be deposited into account number BE98 7340 1533 4493 with the message 'Lotus'. Please do not forget this reference, otherwise it will be impossible for us to keep track of the payments of this charity action.

I am a personal connection of a Pro-Pay employee

If you want to buy bags as an acquaintance, friend or family member of a Pro-Pay employee, please contact this employee and arrange the order and payment among yourselves. Our Pro-Pay employees will collect the money from their sold bags themselves and transfer the full amount of their sale to the Pro-Pay account number BE98 7340 1533 4493. Here as well, please use the reference 'Lotus' for your transfer. Do not forget!

When can I feast?

On Friday, May 6, 2022, the internal event that we are organizing for Ukraine will take place at Pro-Pay. On this Charity Day, our employees will also go and deliver the bags purchased by customers and partners.

Anyone who has bought bags as a personal connection of an employee can mutually agree on a moment to obtain his/her bags from this employee.
